Through the use of encryption and secure server technologies, we take reasonable precautions to ensure the protection of your personal data. We do not use your images for any commercial purpose, and we store your images for a maximum of 7 days after completing your order.
We use 2Checkout payment gateway to receive payments for our services. We only send payment requests when an order is successfully completed. So there is no hassle or requirement like refund.
We strive to deliver our services in a timely and efficient manner. We accept image files from our clients through our web server, FTP server, Dropbox, WeTransfer, and Google Drive. We request that our clients upload their images to any of the aforementioned channels and provide us with the necessary access or download links.
Upon receipt of the images, we will review and assess the requirements of the client and provide an estimated delivery time based on the scope of work. We will communicate the estimated delivery time to the client and ensure that it meets their expectations.
Once the work is completed, we will deliver the edited images to the client through the same channel used to submit the files. We will provide the final edited images in the required file formats and ensure that they are of high quality and meet the client’s specifications.
In the event of any delays or unforeseen circumstances that may impact the delivery of the service, we will promptly inform the client and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
We do not offer refunds for completed photo retouching services. We only send payment requests once an order is successfully completed, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our work before any payment is made.
In the event of any issues or concerns with the completed work, we encourage our clients to contact us immediately so that we may address the matter and work towards a satisfactory resolution.
